Hello! Just bought a 2/28 Distagon (C/Y) and I noticed that on my 1Ds2, when focusing at about 2 meters, it hits the mirror; this doesn't happen at close distances or infinity. Have you ever experience that? Thanks, Francesco

It's been awhile, but I have a solution for you The new Zeiss 28mm F2 Distagon ZE for Canon EOS (EF & EF-S) SLRs and dSLRs. I bought the 28mm F2 ZE about a month ago and the lens review is now available at the main site http://www.pebbleplace.com/Personal/Zeiss_28mm_ZE_1.html -
